Orders are due by Wednesday, April 3rd!
Orders may be picked up on:
Monday, April 8th 11am - 12pm
Orders not picked up by 12pm on Monday immediately following
the fill will be returned to the CHAPS pantry in Port Charlotte.

| Clients that have made prior arrangements to pick up their order at SunCoast can do so beginning on fill day during the days and times designated below. |

| If you need to make any changes in pick up arrangements you must contact the CHAPS office at (941) 625-2552 prior to the fill date. |

| ORDERS must be in our office ONE WEEK PRIOR TO THE FILL DATE If you drop off your order, please put in the slot in the front door. Do not put in the mail box on the street. Orders may be faxed to 941-625-2552. |
